CLIENTS

Our clients are community-oriented current and retired professional athletes from all of the major pro sports leagues. BPI partners with likeminded athletes to create a sports figurine that is sold to raise funds to benefit the athlete’s non-profit organization of his/her choice. Through a series of signature events and special promotional campaigns coordinated by BPI, athletes can directly help their selected non-profit with these sales. With a focus on improving communities worldwide, BPI works to assist in achieving the goals set forth by their partner athletes by way of quality sports memorabilia.

Charter Client BPI and its charter client, NBA Legend George “The Iceman” Gervin, partnered to raise funds for the George Gervin Youth Center (GGYC), which provides a wide variety of services to thousands of San Antonio’s at-risk youth and their families. After commissioning McFarlane Toys to create a quality, limited edition Iceman figurine, Gervin autographed each collector’s item, which are sold exclusively through BPI.

In recognition and support of the tremendous charitable work that The Iceman continues to make a priority in his community and beyond, BPI is committed to donating a portion of ALL athletes’ figurine sales to the GGYC.

About George “The Iceman” Gervin

A fixture on the San Antonio sports scene and an ambassador of community service, NBA Hall of Famer George “The Iceman” Gervin averaged 14 points per game in all 14 of his ABA and NBA seasons. Nicknamed “The Iceman” for his cool demeanor on the court, Gervin, a Detroit native, was known for his offensive talents and trademark move, the finger roll. He led teams at both Eastern Michigan University and Long Beach State before signing with the ABA’s Virginia Squires. The Spurs retired Gervin’s #44 jersey, and he was named to the NBA’s 50 Greatest Players.
